Terms & Conditions
- All products are custom made to your specific requirements, once manufacturing has commenced orders cannot be cancelled or altered.
- Any items supplied by the client for are done so at the client’s risk. Machine / human errors do occur, all care but no responsibility will be taken for these errors.
- All parts / items supplied to us must be clean, deburred, no sharp edges, not bowed or warped (unless approved prior). Any work required by us to prepare your part / item for engraving or machining prior to manufacture will incur charges.
- All goods supplied remain the property of Laser 1 Engraving until paid for in full.
- All credit account holders orders must be accompanied by an official purchase order.
- Quotes are only valid for 14 days
- Price quoted is ex our factory
- Please quote reference number on any correspondence
- Lead time is typically 5-7 working days from receipt of order / payment (& product if you are to supply) but may vary depending on the complexity of your order, availability of materials and our current production schedule at time of ordering.
- If we are required to setup artwork a minimum fee of $60.00 + GST is applicable
- Our trading terms are full payment upon ordering, your order will be started upon receiving cleared payment. If you have an existing credit account with us, then terms are strictly net 30 days E.O.M.
- We will only supply goods to the value of the credit amount requested and approved by us.
- Unless otherwise stated, prices quoted do not include GST or delivery.
- Payment can be made by direct deposit, visa, master card, or EFTPOS.
- Minimum order value is $60.00 + GST (excluding freight) for non-account holders.
- All credit card payments will incur a fee of 2.2%
